When it comes to Real Estate, Les knows that communication is king. A long-time expert in the tech industry, Les understands that true client success comes from a combination of asking the right questions and authentically listening to the answers. 

Originally from Lodi, California, Les briefly attended the San Joaquin Delta College, but his studies were interrupted when he was drafted into the U.S. Army.  After serving honorably in the Army, Les entered into the tech industry and was on the ground floor of Silicon Valley’s explosion during the ‘70s. Starting as a Field Engineer, he set concrete goals for himself and made those goals a reality over his 30-year career. Ultimately, Les climbed to multiple sales and sales management roles where he was able to fine-tune his selling techniques and put his communications skills to great use. Since joining Capital Group in mid-2020, Les has put his crafted procedures and passion for real estate to good use. 

Les is also a family man. Together he and his wife have seven children. While some would call that quite a crowd, Les says, “Sure, the holidays around our house can get a little crowded and loud once you add all the kids and pets, but I absolutely love it. Having our family around has made for the happiest times of our lives.” Outside of the office, Les keeps himself busy flying as a private pilot and putting his expert fishing skills to use out on the beautiful Idaho lakes and rivers. Some of Les’s most rewarding work, however, comes from donating his time and energy to services organizations, like Rotary Club, and serving on local community boards.
